Italian Chicken Bake

Tonight I tried a new recipe. I was a little nervous about this one. I always cook my chicken separately before adding it to anything. I am just weird like that! But this was a winner! A+ I got this recipe off of Pinterest. I did tweak it a bit with the temp and timing but other than that I did it the same.

Italian Chicken Bake

Boneless skinless chicken breast
1-2 cans of green beans
2-4 potatoes halved or quartered depending on size
1 envelope of Italian dressing mix
1 stick of butter

Preheat oven to 350 and arrange chicken, green beans and potatoes in a single layer in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with Italian dressing mix and cut butter up and place over the chicken and veggies. Cover with foil and bake for one hour.
But after an hour my chicken was done but my potatoes weren't. So I bumped it up to 425 and went another 20 minutes. So either next time I will cook the whole thing maybe on 400 for an hour or cut my potatoes smaller.

I didn't get an after picture because my phoned died but it was delish. The chicken was moist and the green beans weren't mushy like I thought they might be. And it was easy and only ONE dish clean up. I give it a A!!
